From filing the I-130 petition to preparing for the immigrant visa interview at the consulate, we offer hands-on, personalized service with flat fees and payment plans.
Adjustment of Status (Green Card within the U.S.)If your family member is already in the U.S. and eligible to apply for a green card, we assist with the I-130 and I-485 process, including all required documentation, affidavits of support, and interview preparation.
About Me
I’m attorney Ramon Alburquerque. My practice is focused entirely in immigration law. Choosing to specialize in a field means that I am completely devoted to it. I try to work as much as possible on a “flat fee” basis, so you know exactly where you stand. Whenever I have to charge an hourly rate, I will always give an estimate up front and in writing. I am a solo practitioner running an office in New York City. As my client your case will get my own personal and particular attention, and I will answer your questions in a timely manner.
